Spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was a good experience overall. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options - loved the freshly made omelets. , they had a shuttle service to a popular shopping center which was convenient. Plus, the view from my room was breathtaking.

The room was a bit dated and could use some improvements. , it was a bit noisy during the night due to some external factors.

Great hotel!! For overall I think this is best hotel in town. Its services, facilities, and foods were very great and the most important, its location is the most strategic, located in the center of town, very near to everywhere. You can simply reach mall, restaurants, supermarkets, & other stores only by walking.

Minor thing that I didn't like, while checking in, the receptionist was not quite polite in answering my questions & didn't offer a porter to bring my travel bag & show where the room is located. But despite that fact, other staffs are very warm & friendly.

Its location at the center of the city and only 1 km away to the mangrove jungle- one of the attraction site in tarakan

The bed sheets were dirty, it got stain on its surface even when they had already changed it with the new one.

Located in the city's center and only 10 minutes from the airport, this hotel's location was ideal for my business trip. The clean and spacious rooms, with powerful hot showers, offered a comfortable stay. The casual dining area, open until 11 pm, had reasonably priced and tasty food.

Although the reception was efficient, they were not forthcoming with information, leading to a lack of guidance during my stay. The hotel's alcohol prices were exorbitant, with a bottle of beer costing 12 euros.

The hotel location is at center of the city. It's easy to reach it. Just view minute to the Airport, supermarket just side from the hotel. Easy to get some food store like kfc and some local food restaurants. This hotel only good for business travelers who need to reach some places in Tarakan because of their strategic location.

The hotel staff look like unprofessional. I have bad experience for my last two trips there as I booked double room but they give me twin room with classic reason that the room is fully booked. And the hotel staff/reception did not inform me until I walk inside the room than complaining them. I have travelling around and I think this hotel is different than another swissbel or international four star brand hotel that I have stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was very near to the airport, making our travel convenient. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the very powerful and hot showers in the rooms. The staff were excellent and the free breakfast had a variety of good choices.

The airport is also nearby so it's a convenient location for travelers. The hotel is also near shops to buy souvenirs and other items. Guests can expect clean rooms, comfortable beds, and hot water in the bathroom. The staff provides friendly service during the stay.

The hotel's amenities are not as modern as other hotels in the same category.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist me with any requests I had. The location was perfect, right by a small mall and the river side. It was also in the main business area of town, which was very convenient for me.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.
